On September 16, I left my car at the Ithaca Maguire Hyundai Service Center because of the noise from the steering wheel. I was told I would have to wait for it a day but It took 2 weeks total. A week ago, on September 20, I was told that the car had been damaged by them and they left my car in the body shop. Maguire went out of their way find a vehicle and provide us with true customer service. There is a difference with dealerships and Maguire is the best I have ever worked with, there is none of the "take it or leave it" attitude found at other large local Hyundai dealerships. I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata in October 31. I Was very disappointed with how long it took to get the proper paperwork in check to purchase the vehicle- spend 4 hours in the dealership, and plates were not available (Mike had to go to the DMV to get my title and plates). As a first-time car-buyer, and after having shopped around for a while, I am very pleased and satisfied to have chosen Maguire Hyundai and my Hyundai Santa Fe.
At lease end of our 2014 Santa Fe we received wonderful guidance and expert help obtaining a replacement. Although our initial color was not available immediately we were delighted with our new car.
Everyone was friendly and kind. Salesperson was very patient and helpful in responding all the questions that me and my wife had on both technical aspects about the car and the finance/payment options.
Great experience. The only thing I don’t like is the fact that Hiyundia is forcing me to write a minimum of 25 words in my review and I really don’t have that much to say.

The overall purchase of my vechile was good I did not fully agree with the low trade in value but over all good I found a problem with the vechile a couple days after I got it and I went to the salesperson that sold me the car and he is correcting it
Customer service was quick and professional with greeting me. Knowledgeable and friendly with no pushing from my sales rep, I was quickly looking at and test drove the vehicle. During the drive I was shown the main operational controls and what they did, and any questions I had was promptly answered. Once I was set with my choice of car we finalized the paperwork. Without any pushing or up-selling, the final process went as well as the beginning. I give a 5/5 satisfaction.

Please fix my bumper that the dealership drilled holes in. I already explained the problem. I live in a state that does not require a front license plate. Nor do I want a plate of any kind on the front of my car.The holes are unsightly on my brand new car.

I recently purchased a 2017 Hyundai Elantra from Maguire Hyundai. This was a replacement for my 2008, which has 236,000 miles and still running strong. Like any other car dealer I have ever worked with; once you sign the papers you are forgotten. I am very happy with the new vehicle; I can only hope it lasts as long as my old Elantra. Short of possible factory generated repairs I have no reason or plans to go back to Maguire for anything.
